LegalLast updated: May 13, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of strikescribe’s website and services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
strikescribe provides tools for audio transcription and AI-assisted insights. Features may evolve, and some features may be in beta or limited availability.
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
- Upload content you don’t have the rights to process (including recordings without required consent).
- Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass security, or disrupt the Service.
- Use automated means to access the Service in a way that overloads or impairs it.
You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service (e.g., audio recordings) and any resulting transcripts, subject to these Terms.
You grant strikescribe a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service, including generating transcripts and insights.
You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and process your content, including obtaining consent where required.
Transcripts and AI-generated insights may contain errors and should not be treated as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
If you purchase a paid plan in the future, pricing, billing cadence, and refund terms will be presented at checkout or in your plan description. Taxes may apply.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by strikescribe and protected by applicable laws. You may not use our trademarks without permission.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, strikescribe disclaims all warranties, and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice where required.
